Love the thesis. Great point at the beginning about the two types of writing, one that we can replace with NLG (e.g. "volume writing") and one that we should not as it may provide value to the author. With many ground breaking technologies, there are new markets, professions, etc. that spawn due to said technology and could not exist without the technology. What use cases beyond workplace writing are you excited to see NLG used in?
Good stuff. Did you come across anything relating to NLG as applied to advertisement copy? Always felt like there's some interesting marketing applications here to produce and update embedded advertising iFrames. (e.g "this 1 secret helped people" type ads)
